Come and take time out to deeply relax the mind and allow it to rest and heal in a way that is helpful to face the challenges of everyday life. If you are trying mindfulness for the first time or want to refresh your practice, this weekend is for you. When practised in a retreat situation it brings extra benefits. The meditation techniques will be enriched by the Tibetan Buddhist and Yoga tradition. There will be mindful movement and walking meditation in the garden.
