Come and join a wonderful relaxation evening.  We will practise some self massage, simple stretching, deep breathing & yoga relaxation techniques. These mindful relaxation techniques for health & wellbeing help us to find a balance in our lives. They allow rejuvenation & deep healing of body/mindPlease have your Yoga mat & nearby you need a light blanket a small cushion.  Wear loose warm clothing. £10
