Mindfulness Meditation Course
The course consists of 8 three hour sessions practicing mindful movement, mindfulness of breathing, the body scan and other meditation techniques including mindfulness of everyday activities.

Lina is offering live group classes and now workshops via Zoom (like Skype). It is important to keep your body moving during this time, so live classes will help you to keep to your regular routine without leaving the house. Classes and workshops are currently open to anyone who wishes to attend. 

You will need to download the Zoom app onto your laptop, smartphone or iPhone/ iPad. Please send Lina a message via the contact button below if you wish to join the classes. You will then be sent a link to the class via your email. Simply click onto the link 10 mins before the class to go into a waiting room were she will let you in.
